Conference Policies

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, DATAVERSITY will be requiring 1) proof of vaccination from all attendees (verified through the third-party application CLEAR) and 2) face coverings to be worn by attendees in all indoor meeting spaces. As a condition of attendance, individuals must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the start date of the event. For purposes of this Policy, “fully vaccinated” means 14 days have passed since the individual received the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single dose vaccine. These policies are based upon guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and public health authorities. Individuals who do not comply with these policies will be denied participation in EDW 2022 and may be removed from the event. For more details on these policies and other event protocols, please see our FAQs page

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by March 4, 2022, will be fully refunded. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after March 5, 2022, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events through 2023.

Please Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those that have been transferred from the rescheduled 2020 events.
