Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 4, 2022, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after March 5, 2022, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive credit to a future event through 2023. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after March 5, 2022, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events through 2023.

Please Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those that have been transferred from the rescheduled 2020 events.
